It's a detailed guide on how to:

• move past the beliefs that are keeping you small

• let go of the stories that are holding you back and;

• step into new assumptions that feel liberating af.

Your time investment:

About 10 - 20 minutes a day for 7 days.

You should know that:

  • This course isn't passive or information based. Each day you'll learn a little - then dive straight into *doing*.

  • Some of the activities in this course will involve heavier self-work. It's best to be done when you're in a positive or neutral headspace.
